Enjoy gliding through historic neighborhoods to the picturesque Hunter Springs and Kings Bay Parks. After a brief stop for a photo op, we ‘ll glide down the boardwalk overlooking the beach and crystal clear waters of Hunter Springs, to see the majesty of Kings Bay from the pier. At the top of the Humpback Bridge we ‘ll stop for a picture and peek over the edge, hoping to catch a glimpse of the manatees who frequent the waterways as they wander from the springs to the bay.

WHAT ABOUT HELMETS ?
We provide helmets for all riders. You can also bring your own helmet as long as it is a bike helmet.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR ON A SEGWAY TOUR ?
Wear comfortable clothing depending on weather and closed toed/flat shoes. Bring a light rain jacket, just in case!
WHAT IF IT IS RAINING ?
Segway PTs are sealed and allowed to operate in wet weather, but they are not designed for submersion. We will monitor the weather conditions because slippery surfaces can be hazardous. We should be able to make adjustments as necessary to accommodate all tours.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES WHILE ON A TOUR ?
If you are operating a Segway, then you may not take pictures for safety reasons. If you are not in motion, then you may take as many pictures as you like.
HOW DO I BOOK A TOUR ?
ARE CANCELLED TOURS REFUNDED ?
If tours are cancelled with a 48 hour (2 day) notice, then 100% will.
HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE ON A TOUR ?
Our tours have a minimum of two and maximum of six guests.
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
There is not a maximum age limit, and we may cater to guests 10 years of age and up, guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
HOW FAST DO THEY GO?
The Segway PT has two modes: beginner/turtle or standard. Beginner is set at 6 mph/13kph and standard will go up to 12.5 mph/20kph.
IS IT HARD TO RIDE/BALANCE ON A SEGWAY PT ?
Not at all the machine balances for you, and with our training you will be riding in no time.
IS THERE A HEIGHT REQUIREMENT ?
Guests must be at least 4’10” and not taller than 6’5”.
IS IT HARD TO GET OFF AND ON THE SEGWAY PT ?
Not at all, but it does take a little practice. Guests must be able to get on and off without assistance. This will require physical abilities similar to climbing and taking the stairs without the use of assistance and/or handrails. We will be sure everyone is comfortable getting off and on of the unit as well as maneuvering the Segway before your tour starts.
WHAT IS THE WEIGHT LIMIT ON A SEGWAY PT ?
Segway sets a weight minimum of 100 lbs.(45 kg) and a maximum of 260 lbs.(117kg), including cargo. We have accommodated as little as 70 lbs and we have one (1) unit that will accommodate a weight of up to 350 lbs.(159 kg) depending on the individual. Note: The handlebar can only tow an additional 10lbs (4.5kg).
Each and every guest gets personal training on the Segway PT to ensure safety and comfortably. Our trained staff will work with you as long as it takes, Before you sign your release forms we make sure you are ready to go. Your safety is our priority.
